Last week I posted an image of Doug Massey and Dave Lane, but here is the real story.

While I was waiting for Doug and Dave to show up for the Riversong promo shot, this bunch of lads cornered me in the alley.  They are at that sweet age between child and teen where they can understand adult conversation, but have yet to fall into that teen disease of not hearing a thing you say…

I had a great time describing and demonstrating to them exactly what I was planning to do with Doug & Dave's shoot.  They were curious, interested, and eager to be connected to what was going on.

There is a song in Doug’s play that exhorts us to hold our children close and to love them.  Through lots of love and positive role models, can we influence them along the path to strong self-esteem and happiness?  They are worthy of our very best efforts.

Who?

Larry Strung is the photographer and author behind the Hamilton 365 project, completed on December 31st, 2008.  In that project, a different individual in Hamilton was photographed each day of the year, and on the very day they were shot they were presented to the project website.
